Carbon Valley Secondary Academy Extracurricular Activities

At the present time there are no organized after-school sports. We look forward to offering sports in the future as parents and teachers are available to coach. The Carbon Valley Recreation Center also offers sport programs for middle school students.

A creative problem-solving program designed to teach students to "think outside the box." The emphasis is on teamwork, creativity, and looking at things differently. Membership on a team requires a commitment of attendance at weekly meetings, occasional Saturday work sessions, and competitions on Saturdays in March, April, and possibly May. Auditions for teams may be required depending on the number of students interested.
